Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorialsare registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need

Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Tear Drops of Love by Foxy at http://foxysdesignz.blogspot.com/. You can purchase the kit here: http://www.fall3nangel.com/store/

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Keith Garvey, you must purchase a license from MPT, http://www.mypsptubes.com/, to use his work.

Lets begin.New Image-600x600-transparent.

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer. If needed resize by going to image resize- i usually start with 85%. Make sure all layers is unchecked and lock aspect ratio is checked. If the paper is still too big, repeat this step until it is the right size.

Paste a frame as a new layer. I used a heart frame. If needed, resize either using the method we used above, or you can use the pick tool, the little arrow tool, and drag the box byone of the corners to the size you want it.

Choose a paper for the inside of the frame. Click on your background paper layer and paste the paper you chose as a new layer.

Grab your magic wand tool, Set it to the freehand mode. selection type is freehand, mode is add, feather 0, smoothing 0, anti-alias checked.

Draw a selection carefully the same shape as your frame but slightly larger then the inside of the frame without going over the outside edge.Selections-invert. Make sure your paper layer is active and hit delete. Select none.

Give the frame layer a drop shadow of choice.

Paste your tube as a new layer. If it is a sitting tube like mine, postition toward the bottom of the frame. Resize if needed. See my tag for reference.

Paste one of the cushions as a new layer. If needed, resize. Move this layer below your tube layer and position at the bottom of the frame so it looks like your tube is sitting on it. See my tag for reference.

Paste the envelope as a new layer. Position to one side of your frame. If needed resize it. Move this layer below the frame and frame paper and position so it sticks out of the side. Againsee my tag for reference. Duplicate this layer and go image mirror. Now you should have one on each side.

Paste one of the bears as a new layer. Make sure this layer is above the frame and tube layer.Resize if needed. Position on the left side in the middle of the cushion and envelope. See my tag for placement.

On the opposite side of the frame, paste a heart in the middle of the envelope and the cushion, and move it below the tube layer.

Paste one of the bows as a new layer. Resize, and position in the top center of the frame. See my tag for reference.

Choose one of the charms and paste as a new layer. Resize and position at the top left side of the frame. Once happy with it, duplicate and go image mirror. You should now have one on each side.

Paste the raindrops as a new layer. Move this below the frame layer. Resize and position as i have mine. You may need to use the eraser tool to erase any bits that hang out of the frame.

Give your tube layer a drop shadow of choice.

Now hide your paper background layer and go layers-merge visible.

Duplicate this merged layer. Give the duplicate a drop shadow of choice.

On the original, go to effects-reflection effects-kaleidoscope. Image area settings are -100, -100, 355, 90. Kaleidoscope settings are 6,0,29. edge mode is wrap.

Right click on this layer and lower the opacity to about 50.

Now is the time if you wish to resize your whole tag to do so. Just use the image-resize method, make sure all layers is checked this time.

Now add your copyright so it is clearly visible.

Add your name. Give it a drop shadow.

I also added noise to my layer that was kaleidoscoped. Go to adjust, add noise, and choose the percentage you like.

Thats it, you are done.

©Angel Flower January 2009

Do You Believe

here is another tutorial with no scraps used

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorialsare registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need
Tube of choice. I am using the work of Sue Dawe, you must purchase a license from CILM, http://www.cilm.com/, to use her work.

Mask of choice, i used sg_fairyland-frame by Essex Girl. You can find her masks here http://www.essexgirl.uk.com/sg_masks.htm.

Filters: DSB flux- bubbles, Eye Candy 3.1- glass, Fantastic Machines -paint engine

Lets Begin.

New Image-600x600-tranparent.

New raster layer. Flood fill with white.

Get your preset shape tool and find a heart shape. Width is 10, create as vector and anti alias checked. Draw out a decent size heart. See my tag for reference.

Paste your tube as a new layer. Position the part you want to show through the heart. Resize if needed by using the little pick tool, which is the arrow tool, and drag the box by one of the corners to the size you want.

Make your heart layer active. Grab your magic wand, mode is add, match mode is rgb, tolerance 20, feather 0, anti-alias and contiguous checked. Click in the center of you heart shape. Selections-modify-expand by about 3.Selections-invert. Now if you are using a unicorn tube or something similar, do not hit delete. Grab your eraser tool, size about 32, and Make your tube layer active. Do not erase the front hooves or paws or whatever, only erase the other parts that stick out. See on my tag i erased the back hooves and tail parts but left the front so it looks like it is coming out of the heart. If you are using a different tube, then just simply hit delete, and Select none. Move the tube layer below the heart layer.

Right click on your heart layer and convert to raster.

Grab your magic wand again, same settings. Click inside the border of the heart, the colored part. Go to effects, plugins, eye candy 3.1-glass. Width 9, spacing 30, thickness 30, opacity 50, refraction 30, glass colormid to dark grey, i used #808080, brightness 100, size 40, direction 127, inclination 76.

Select none. Now click again inside the center of the heart. Selections-modify-expand by 3.
Make your white background active and add a new layer. Flood fill the inside of the heart with a color or gradient of choice.

Keep selected and use the same glass effect we used above. It will look different. Select none.

Make your tube layer active. Give it a drop shadow. I used -3,0.100,8,black.

Hide your background layer, the white layer, by clicking the little eye next to it. Now make one of the visible layers active and right click on it and choose merge visible. Now unhide your white background.

Add a new layer. Flood fill with a color or gradient of choice. Go to effects, plugins, fantastic machines paint engine. Just click random until you find one you like.

Now go to layers, load/save mask, load from disk, in the drop down box, find your mask, source luminance, hide all, and fit to canvas all checked. apply.

Right click on the mask layer and choose merge group.

Now duplicate your merged heart layer. On the original, go to effects, plugins, dsb flux bubbles. Settings are 21,50,50,51. Resize this layer by going to image, resize, choose 95%, and make sure all layers is unchecked. If there are any bits you dont like the looks of, use the eraser brush to erase them.

Duplicate the heart layer with the tube in it. Using your pick tool, the little arrow tool, drag by one of the corners till it is a small size. Place this in the lower right corner. See my tag for size and placement. Duplicate this smaller one and go image mirror. Now you should have one in each corner.

Grab your text tool, choose a scripty font, and type out the words Do You Believe..., or a saying of choice.Give this layer the same glass effect we used above. Give a drop shadow of choice. I used -2,-2,100,5, and black.

Now is the time to resize your entire tag if you think it is too big. Go to image, resize, in the first drop down box choose pixels instead of percent. Make sure lock aspect ratio is checked. Now change the height and width to the size you want. When you change one,the other will automaticly adjust.

Now add your copyright so it is clearly visible.

Add your name. Convert to raster. I used eye candy 3.1 inner bevel on mine. I just played with the settings till i found one i liked. Then give it a drop shadow of choice.

Thats it, you are done.

©Angel Flower January 2009

MoonShine

Here is my brand new tutorial with no kits at all called MoonShine. I am using the work of Jessica Galbreth, you must purchase a license from CILM, http://www.cilm.com/, to use her work.

Filters: Fantastic machines paint engineDSB flux-bubbles and bright noiseEye Candy 4000 or 3.1

Lets begin. New image-600x600-transparent.

Flood fill with white.

New layer, flood fill with a color or gradient of choice to compliment your tube.

Go to effects-plugins-fantastic machines-paint engine. You can just click random till you find one you like or use my settings:under brush- .58,.9,.00,.88,.8,.00-effect-.78, wrap edges unchecked- under stroke-type is uphill, input checked, .28,1.16,-120,120,144,-155direction channel select R.

Grab your preset shape tool. Choose the half moon1 shape or another half moon shape you may have. Create as vector and anti-alias checked, line style is solid, width is 6. Choose two colors or gradients lighter than your paper. Draw out your shape and position to the left of the tag. See my tag for reference of size.

Now right click on this layer and convert to raster. Selections-select all-selections-float. Then go selctions-modify-contract by 6. Again, go to selections float. Keep selected.

Effects-3d effects-cutout- offset is -5,-5, opacity 100, blur 36, shadow color-choose a slightly darker color than your shape, fill interior unchecked. Select none.

Back to your preset shapes, find a star shape. Use the same colors and settings as you did for the moon. Draw out a star. Position it so it sits kind of inside the empty spacenext to the moon. See my tag for reference. Convert to raster.

Now follow the same steps we used on the moon to do the cutout effect.
Merge the moon and star together by right clicking on whichever one is the top layer and choose merge down.

Duplicate the moon and star layer. On the original Go to effects-reflection effects-kaleidoscope- Image area settings are -72,68,157,90, Kaleidoscope settings are 8,0,30, edge mode is wrap.

Give this layer a drop shadow of 0,0,54,15,black.

Duplicate this layer again. On the original, go to effects-plugins-dsb flux-bubbles-all settings at 50.

On your moon and star layer, give it a gradient glow or a glow by going to plugins-eye candy-I used 4000 but you can also use a plain glow in eye candy 3.1. In 4000, I used a size of under basic, i used a glow width of 5, soft corners 65, and 100 for opacity, draw only outside checked. Under color the opacity is 100, I chose the fat setting, you may or may not have to go back and fix you basic settings after choosing fat, I made the first color tag a darker color that complimented my shape, the second tab a very light color, and i added a third tab the same as the second, but you can play around and do it how you like.If you use eye candy 3.1, i would use a width of 10, opacity 100, opacity drop off is fat, draw everywhere unchecked, and use a very light color.

Duplicate your moon and star layer twice for a total of 3. On the top one, go to selections-select all-float-then defloat- selections-modify-contract by about 15. Selections invert-selections float-then defloat. Now the outline and the glow of this layer should have the little marching ants around it. Keep selected.

Effects-plugins-dsb flux-bright noise-56 and mix. Keep selected and hide this layer by clickin the little eye next to it. Make the next moon and star layer active, repeat the bright noise filter but this time click the mix button once. Hide this layer and make the last moon and star layer active and again repeat the bright noise and click mix twice this time. Selections-select none.

Now add your tube, resize if needed either by going image-resize and start with about 85%, all layers unchecked, or you can use the little arrow tool and resize it by dragging one of the corners till it is the size you want. Position where you likeor how i have mine. Give it a drop shadow. I used 2,5,75,9, black.

Now is the time to resize your entire tag if you think it is too big. Go to image resize-choose your percentage or you can change the box to pixels and make sure that lock aspect ratio is checked, then choose the size you want it to be, make sure alllayers is also checked.

Now add your copyright so it is clearly visible.

Add your name. Give it a glow of choice, then a drop shadow of choice.

Now we are going to animate. Make sure the two moon and star layers we hid earlier are still hidden. Click on the visible layer. Go to edit, copy merged. Now open animation shop and paste as new animation. Back in psp, hide the visible layer, and unhidethe next moon and star layer and click on it to make it the active layer. Go edit, copy merged. Back to animation shop, edit, paste after current frame. One more time, back to psp, hide this layer and unhide the last moon and star layer and make it active. Edit, copy merged, back in animation shop, paste after current frame. Click view animation and save and your done.

©Angel Flower January 2009

Chocolate Vinson

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorialsare registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need: Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Teal, Chocolate and Cream by Melisa. You can purchase the kit here http://cottoncandykreations.com/shop/

Tube(s) of choice. I chose 6 tubes. I am using the work of Caron Vinson. You must purchase a license from CILM, http://www.cilm.com/, to use her work.

Lets begin.

New image-600x600-tranparent.

Flood fill with white.

Choose a paper for your background layer. Paste as a new layer. Resize if needed by going to image-resize-about 85%-all layers unchecked. You can repeat this step if needed.

Choose a frame. I used a triple frame. Paste as a new layer and resize if needed. Duplicate this frame. Position one of them toward the top of your tag and one toward thebottom. Once happy with the positioning, right click on the top one and go merge down.

Choose a paper for the inside of the frames. Grab your magic wand, mode is add-match mode is rgb-tolerance 20-feather 0- anti-alias and contiguous checked, outside.Click in the center of each frame. Selections-modify-expand by 3. Paste your paper as a new layer. Selections-invert-delete. Select none. Move this layer below the frame layer.

Now for the tubes that go inside the frames, you can either use the same tube, just different parts, or you can do as i have and use different tubes. Paste the tubeyou want to use in the first frame. Position so the face, or part you want, shows through the frame. Resize if needed. Make sure this layer is below the frame layer but above the paper. Grab your magic wand, same settings as before, and making sure the frame layer is active, click inside the first frame. Selections-modify-expand by 3.Now make your tube layer active and go selections-invert-hit delete. Select none. Give this layer a drop shadow. Repeat these steps for any other frames you have.

Once your are done with the tubes, give the frame layer a drop shadow.

Now add your main tube. A sitting or laying one works best. Position how you like or how i have mine. Resize if needed. Give it a drop shadow. I used -1,-1,100,10,black.

Copy and paste a doodle as a new layer. Move this layer to just above the background paper. Resize to your liking and position to one side of your tag how you like. Once happy, duplicate and position on the other side to your liking. Give them both a drop shadow of choice.

Paste a bracket type frame as a new layer. Resize and position to the right side of your tag in the center. See my tag for reference.Grab your selection tool and change the type to rounded rectangle, that is the shape of my frame so that is what i used, mode is add, feather 0, anti-alias checked. Draw out a rectanglethe same size as your frame without going over the edges, this may take a few tries to get it just right. Keep selected.

Choose another paper and paste as a new layer, resize if needed and go selections-invert-delete. Select none. Move this paper layer below the frame layer. Give the frame a drop shadow of choice.

Paste a pendant or charm as a new layer. Resize to fit on the frame. Position on the right side of the bracket frame so it looks as though it is hanging from the corner. You may need to use your eraser to erase just a tiny bit of the metal circle so it looks as though it is hooked on the frame. See my tag for reference. Give a drop shadow.

Grab your text tool and type your name inside the bracket frame. Make sure you this layer is above the paper for the frame. Give it a drop shadow, i used -1,-1,100,10 and black.

Add any other embellishments your wish.

Now is the time if you wish to resize your entire tag to do so. Go to image resize-choose your percentage and make sure all layers and lock aspect ratio is checked.

Now add your copyright so it is clearly legible.

Save and you are done.

©Angel Flower January 2009

Treasured Moments

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorialsare registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need:

Scrapkit. I am using a kit called Treasured Hearts by Foxy from Foxys Designz. You can purchase this kit at Digital Chaos here http://www.fall3nangel.com/store/

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Caron Vinson. You must purchase a license from CILM, http://www.cilm.com/, to use her work.

Frame type Mask of choice. I am using mask_89 from PSP-Pals, you can find them here http://psp-pals.com/ Save your mask in your psp masks folder.

Lets begin.New image-600x600-transparent.

Flood fill with white.

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer. If your paper is too big, resize by going to image-resize-I start with about 85%. Make sure all layers is unchecked. If it is still too big you can repeat this process.

Go to layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk, in the drop down box find your mask, source luminance, fit to canvas, hide all mask, and invert transpaprency all checked.Right click on you mask layer and merge group. Give this layer a drop shadow. I used 0,0,100,5,black.

Now choose another paper for the inside of the frame mask. Grab your magic wand, mode is add, match mode is color, tolerance 20, feather 0, anti-alias and contiguous both checked. Click in the center of the mask layer, where the empty space is. Paste your paper as a new layer and go selections, invert, and hit delete. Select none. Move this layer below the mask layer.

Paste your tube as a new layer. Do not resize this one. Position to one side of your tag so the part you want is showing through the frame. Once happy, double click this layer and change the layer properties to luminance(legacy). Now make your mask layer active again and with your magic wand, click inside the empty space like we did for the paper. Keep selected and make your tube layer active. Selections, invert, delete. Select none.

Now paste your original tube again as a new layer. Grab your deformation tool, also known as the pick tool, and then grab one of the corners of the box around your tube layer and drag it proportionately to a size that fits nicely inside the frame mask. See my tag for reference.Give this layer a drop shadow.

Choose a flower and paste as a new layer in one of the top corners of the frame mask. Resize to your liking. Duplicate it and go image mirror. This should put the duplicate on the opposite corner. Duplicate this one and go image flip. Now you should have one on the bottom corner also. One more time, duplicate and go image mirror. Now there should be one in each corner of the frame mask.

Copy and paste one of the butterflys as a new layer. Resize to your liking. Position on one side of your frame how you like, or see my tag for placement. Once happy, duplicate and mirror, and move this one up slightly.Again, see my tag for placement.

Paste on of the feathers as a new layer. Resize and rotate it using the pick or deformation tool and place to one side along the bottom of the frame mask, how i have mine. Once happy, duplicate and mirror. Move both of these layers under the flower layers.

Open the bow that looks like a fan. Paste as a new layer. Resize and position along the bottom of the frame mask in the middle. See my tag for placement. Move this layer below the feathers if it is not already there.now duplicate twice and position one to each side of the middle one. Move the middle one above the other two. Give only the middle one a drop shadow.

Now is the time to resize your whole tag if you think it is too big. Go to image-resize-choose your percentage and make sure all layers is checked.

Now add your copyright so it is clearly legible.

Now add your name. Give it a drop shadow. Save and your done.

©Angel Flower January 2009

Old Fashion Charm

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SWYwMeVge3I/AAAAAAAAAO8/K6fHoGvsKi4/s400/old+fashion+charm.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5288967803253062514" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need

Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Anastasias Song by Melisa, visit her blog here http://melisasscraps.blogspot.com/
You can purchase the kit here http://www.creativescrapsstore.com/

Tube of choice- I am using the work of Jennifer Janesko, You must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com, to use her work.

Lets Begin:

New Image-600x600-Transparent

Flood fill with white.

Choose a paper and paste onto your canvas as a new layer. If your paper is too big, resize it by going to image-resize-about 85%-make sure all layers is UNchecked. If it is still too big then repeat this step.

Copy one of the frames and paste as a new layer. Resize in the same way if needed or use the little arrow tool and drag it from one of the corners to the size you want. Give it a drop shadow by going to effects-3d effects-drop shadow. I used 0,0,100,10 and black.

Choose a paper for inside the frame. Make your background paper layer active. Paste the paper for the frame as a new layer. This should put it below the frame but above the background layers. Resize if needed.

Grab the magic wand. Mode-add, match mode-rgb, tolerance-20, feather-0, outside, contiguous and anti-alias both checked. Make your frame layer active and click inside the frame. Go to selections-modify-expand by about 7. Make the paper for the frame the active layer and go selections-invert, hit delete.
Now the paper should only be showing through the frame.

Choose a doodle and paste as a new layer. Postition how you think it looks best in one of the top corners. Move this layer below the frame and frame paper layers.
Once happy, duplicate it and go image-mirror. You should now have one in each of the top corners. See my tag for reference.

Right click on the top doodle layer and go merge down. You should now have one layer with doodles. Duplicate this layer and go image flip. See my tag for about how it should look depending on how you placed the doodles.

Copy and paste one of the clipped flowers as a new layer. Go to image-free rotate-free about 75 degrees-right-make sure both boxes below are UNchecked.

Move this layer bleow the frame and paper layer and position so it sticks out of one side of the frame. If needed resize. Once happy with it, duplicate it and go image mirror. Now you have one on each side.

Merge these two flowers by right clicking on the top one in the layer palette and choose merge down. Duplicate this layer and go image-free rotate-90 degrees right.
Now you should have one showing under the top and bottom of the frame.

Paste your tube as a new layer. Resize if it is too big. Make sure this layer is below the frame but above the paper. Position so it is showing through the frame how you think it looks best. Dont worry about the parts sticking out, we will fix that.

Once happy with it, make your frame layer active. Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame.
Selections-modify-expand by about 7. Make your tube layer active again and go selections-invert-hit delete. Select none. Now there should be no parts of your tube outside the frame.

Give your tube a drop shadow of choice.

Choose one of the laces and paste as a new layer. Move this layer below the frame and frame paper. Position so it sticks out under the corner of the frame. Duplicate it and go image mirror.
Merge these two just like we did with the others that we duplicated. Once merged, duplicate again and go image flip. See my tag for how it should now look.

Give both lace layers the same drop shadow you used for your tube.

Now is the time to resize your tag if you think it is too big. Go to image-resize-choose your percentage, make sure all layers is checked.

Now add your copyright so it is clearly visible.

Add your name. I then added a white drop shadow at -2,-2,100,2. Then a black drop shadow at -1,-1,100,5.

Thats it, you are done!

©Angel Flower January 2009

Dreamz of You

Here is my newest tutorial Dreamz of You

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SWOIlgxL9FI/AAAAAAAAAO0/hv1R6aHGrUE/s400/Dreamz+of+You.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5288220565495870546" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need
Scrapkit- I am using a PTU kit called Fantasy Dreamz by Foxy at http://foxysdesignz.blogspot.com/. You can purchase the kit at Digital Chaos http://www.fall3nangel.com/store/.

Tube of choice-I am using the work of Keith Garvey, you must purchase a license from MPT, www.mypsptubes.com, to use his work.

Mask of choice- I am using a mask by Vix, number 263, you can visit her site here http://www.freewebs.com/vixpsp/index.htm
The masks can be found under goodies.

Filters- Eye Candy 4000-gradient glow

Here we go:

Open a new image-600x600-Transparent.

Flood fill with white.

Choose a paper from the kit and copy and paste it onto your canvas. If it is too big, resize by going to image-resize, I usually start with 85%. You can always repeat this step if it is still too big.

Now we are going to apply our mask layer. There are two ways to do this. If you have the mask saved in your psp masks folder, then you need to go to layers-Load/save mask-from disk. Find the mask you want in the drop box, source luminance-fit to canvas- and hide all mask checked.
Apply. Right click on the mask layer and go merge group.

Now choose a frame from the kit and paste as a new layer, resize if needed, and position so it is centered over the mask layer we applied. See my tag for reference.

Give the frame a drop shadow by going to effects-3d effects-drop shadow. I used 0,0,100,10 and black.

Choose another paper. This will be for inside the frame. Grab you selection tool, set it to rectangle, mode is add, feather 0, anti-alias checked.
Draw out a rectangle slightly larger then the middle of the frame without going over the edges of the frame.

Paste the paper as a new layer and go to selections-invert-and making sure you are on the paper layer hit delete. Now you should only have the paper showing through the frame. Select none.

We are now going to add our tube. Paste as a new layer onto your canvas. If needed, resize a little. Position your tube how you like in your frame or like mine.
To make it appear as though it is coming out of the frame, you need to duplicate the tube layer. Move the duplicate layer below the frame but above the paper.
Make the top tube layer active and with your eraser tool, erase any bits that hang over the entire bottom part of the frame. See my tag for how this should look.
Now back to the duplicate layer, the one under the frame, if any bits are hanging out of the bottom edge, erase them.

Give your bottom tube layer a drop shadow, i used 1,1,100,10, black.

Now you can choose to stick with the white background, or you can choose a paper from the kit and paste it as a new layer just above the white background layer.

Make your mask layer active. Go to effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-size about 5, soft corners 25, opacity 100, choose the fat setting but then slide the second white pointer closer to the first, about to the middle. Apply.

Make the top layer active. Paste a flower as a new layer, resize it, see my tag for about how big, I used the deformation tool, the little arrow, to resize the elements.
Place in the bottom right corner of the frame. Give it a drop shadow, same as above except change the blur to 5.

Duplicate this layer and go image mirror. You should now have one flower on each corner of your frame.

Paste one of the clips as a new layer. Resize if needed, position so it looks like it is holding the top left corner of the frame. See my tag for reference. Give it the same drop shadow.

Paste one of the hearts as a new layer, resize if needed, and move this layer below the clip layer so it looks like the clip is holding it in place.

Paste one of the butterflys as a new layer and again resize. Place in the bottom center of the frame in between the two flowers. Once happy, duplicate it so that it is not quite so transparent.
Right click on the top butterfly layer and go merge down. Give a drop shadow, same settings but change the color to white.

Paste another type of flower as a new layer. Resize just a little. Move this layer bleow the frame and paper layer and position so it sticks out of the top right corner. See my tag for place ment.

Paste another flower of a different color as a new layer. Resize it, and position on the top right side of the frame. Duplicate it twice and line them up as i have mine or how you like.

Now is the time to resize your entire tag if you think it is too big. Go to image resize-if you know the dimensions you want your tag choose pixels in the first drop down box. Make sure the lock aspect ratio box is checked.
Now you can change the width and height to what you want. I usually make my tags at 500x500. When you change one of them the other will automaticly change too in order to keep the tag proportionate. Once you have these set, make sure all layers is checked and click okay.

Now add your copyrights so they are clearly visible.

Add your name in a scripty type font. Position where you like. I added a gradient glow and then a drop shadow to mine but that is up to you.

Save as jpg and Thats it, you are done!

©Angel Flower January 2009

Starlight Kisses

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SULC0z6UXeI/AAAAAAAAAMU/5frTlOFuYUo/s400/starlight+kisses1.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5278995925775441378" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need
Scrapkit. I am using a kit called Feathery Hugs and Butterfly Kisses by Crimson Butterfly Scrapz. You can purchase the kit from Digital Chaos here http://www.fall3nangel.com/store/

This tutorial is written for this specific kit.

Tube(s) of choice. I am using the work of Jasmine Becket-Griffith. You must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com, to use her work.

Plugins-Eye Candy gradient glow(optional)

New Image-600x600-transparent.
Choose a paper for your background and paste onto your canvas. Resize if needed. If at any time a paper needs resizing, go to image-resize-I usually start with about 85%, all layers unchecked. You can repeat it a few times if needed.

Paste a frame as a new layer, I chose the triple frame. Resize if needed. For any elements you can use the method above or you can use the arrow tool by clicking it, make sure the layer you wish to resize is active, and once you click the arrow tool you will see a box around the layer you are on, grab the box by one of the corners and drag it to the size you want.

This next part may be a little tricky. Grab your selection tool, set it to ellipse, mode add, feather 0. Try to start in the center of the middle frame and draw out an ellipse the size of the frame without going outside the edges of the frame. If the marching ants are not around the border of the frame quite right then go to selections, select none, and try again until it is right. Once selected, choose another paper and paste as a new layer. Go to selections, invert, and hit delete.
Now the paper should only show through the frame. Select none. Move this layer below the frame layer.

Repeat those steps for the other two parts of the frame.

Give your frame only a drop shadow, go to effects, 3d effects, drop shadow. I used 0,0,75,10, and black.

Open the feather spray1 and paste as a new layer. Resize. Place at the bottom center of your tag. Duplicate it and position the duplicate on one side, the duplicate again and place on the other side. I also moved my center one up slightly. See my tag for reference.

Open the feather cluster1 and paste onto your canvas. Resize and place at the bottom of the tag so it goes all the way across, again see my tag for reference.

Give it the same drop shadow.

Paste the flower as a new layer, resize it and place one on each side of the frame, see my tag for placement. Move this layer above the frame but below the feather sprays.

Get the feather3 and paste as a new layer. Move this layer to just above the background paper. Place on one side where the side of the little frame attaches to the center frame.
It should stick out slightly from the top and bottom. If it is too big, resize it. Duplicate and go image mirror. This should put the duplicate where the two frames meet on the other side.
See my tag for reference.

Now it is time for the tube. Paste your tube as a new layer. I am going to do two versions of mine. The first one is to resize your tube and move it below the frame layer but above the paper.
Position so it shows through the frame. Once happy with the position, grab your selection tool, set to ellipse same as we did before, start in the center of the middle frame and make it the same size as the center frame, just like before. Selections invert, and back on your tube layer hit delete. Now there should be nothing sticking out of the frame. Select none.

Now do the same for the two little frames, you can use the same tube or a different one from the same artist if you choose. Once you are done with the two smaller ones, double click on one of the tube layers you used for the smaller frames. Change the blend mode to luminance. Do this for the other tube that was used in the other smaller frame.

For the other version the two smaller frames are done the same but for the main tube I pasted as a new layer and left it the size it was and positioned over the center frame rather than making it inside the frame. Make sure this layer is above the frame. See the bottom tag for reference.

You can now add any other elements you choose and place how you like. I placed the star 1 on each side and moved the layer under the frame and paper for the frame so they stick out.

Now is the time to resize your whole tag if you wish. Go to image resize, about 85% all layers checked.

Add your copyright so it is clearly visible.

Add your name. I used eye candy 4000 gradient glow with a size of 5 on mine but this is optional. Add a drop shadow.

Thats it, you are done.

©Angel Flower December 2008
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SULDDitHINI/AAAAAAAAAMc/T7KDU9vooP4/s400/starlight+kisses2.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5278996178854682834" />

NEW TUTORIAL- CHRISTMAS TEARS

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/ST18gluCR8I/AAAAAAAAAMM/ArlX9Pfh4NA/s400/Christmas+tears.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5277511237670946754" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need

Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Crimson Christmas Tears which you can purchase from Digital Chaos here http://fall3nangel.com/store/

Tube of choice- I am using the work of Jennifer Janesko. You must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com, to use her work.

Plugins- eye candy 400(optional)

New Image-600x600-transparent.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer. Resize if needed by going to image-resize, use about 85% with all layers unchecked. This will be our background layer.
I then pasted a premade border that came with the kit as a new layer. Resize twice by 85%. Duplicate this layer and lower the opacity to 50%.

Paste a frame as a new layer. I used frame 3 from this kit and I resized it using the same method as above until it fit nicely.

Grab your selection tool--type is rectangle--mode is add--feather 0--anti-alias checked. Draw a rectangle around each of the two frame pieces one at a time. Make it the same size without going over the edge of them. Keep selected.

Add a new layer, Choose another paper, copy it and back on our canvas go to edit and paste into selection. Select none. Move this layer below the frame layer.

Paste the rose2 as a new layer, make sure this layer is below the frame layer but above the paper layer we just made. Resize it so it fits nicely inside the side frame. See my tag for reference.

Make your background paper active. Open the crimson tears and paste as a new layer. Resize and position in the middle toward the top of your tag. See my tag for reference. Duplicate, and slide the
duplicate to the right side of your tag. Once happy duplicate this one and go image-mirror. Position on the left side of your tag. Again see my tag for reference.

Make your top layer active and paste your tube as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position where you like, I put mine so it looks like it is sitting on the longer part of the frame. Give it a drop shadow of choice.

Paste one of the snowflake charms as a new layer. Resize if needed and position so it looks like it is hanging off of the bottom of the end of the longer rectangle part of the frame. Duplicate and go image- mirror. This should put it on the opposite end. Duplicate once more and position in the middle.

Open a flower and resize a few times. Place it over the circle part of one of the charms so it looks as though the flower is attaching the charm to the frame. Duplicate twice and position one over each charm in the same way.
See my tag for placement. Give each charm a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the rose1 as a new layer. Go to Image-free rotate-right-90 degrees-all layers unchecked-rotate single layer checked.

Resize so it fits nicely inside the longer rectangle part of the frame. See my tag for reference. Duplicate, and mirror. You should now have one at each end of the frame. Make sure each of these two layers are below your frame but above the paper. Merge the two roses together by clicking on the top one and go layers, merge down.

Now you can use eye candy 4000 gradient glow with a glow width of 3, soft corners 25 and opactiy 100. Color of white.
If you dont have eyecandy 4000 you can either try using a white drop shadow instead or just skip this step.

Make the other rose layer active that we pasted earlier and give it the same glow or drop shadow.

Now is the time to resize your tag if you want. Go to image-resize-choose your percentage-all layers checked this time.

Now add your copyright info so it is clearly visible.

Add your name. Position where you like or see my tag for placement. I added the same glow as we used earlier.

Save and you are done.

©Angel Flower December 2008

Witche's Autumn

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/STM1wWXDrAI/AAAAAAAAAL8/LEg7lq5dHog/s400/Witches+autumn1.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5274618693333265410" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need
Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Autumn Dreams by
Aussiescrappers which you can purchase here http://www.designerscrapslivinlarge.com/
They have an awesome blog here http://aussiescrappers.blogspot.com/

Tube of choice, I am using the work of Nikki Burnette, you must purchase a license from MPT, www.mypsptubes.com to use her work.
You may want to use two tubes for this tutorial from the same artist.

New image-600x600.
Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer. This will be our background. Resize if needed.

If you are using this kit or a similar kit, paste some pumpkins along the bottom. Otherwise, use any elements such as flowers, that you think would look good.

Paste your tube as a new layer and position toward the center of your tag. Give it a drop shadow of -2,0,100,6 black.

Paste a scarecrow, or maybe another tube of choice if your kit doesn't have a scarecrow, to the right of the tag.
Move this layer so it is below everything except our paper background. See my tag for reference.

Copy and paste a frame and position to the left of the tag in the top corner.
Resize as needed. See my tag for reference.

Open a paper to use in the frame. Click in the frame with the magic wand.
Now because my frame is decorated, i went selections-modify-expand by 14.
If your frame is undecorated you will only need to expand by 3-5.
Keep seleceted. Paste the paper as a new layer. Selections-invert-delete. Selections-select none.

Give the frame layer a drop shadow of 0,0,100,5,black.

Make the paper for the frame active. Paste some word art as a new layer and position in the right side of the frame. Resize if need to make it fit. Paste a flower of choice next to the word art, toward the bottom of the frame. resize if needed.
Paste a different flower of choice just above the one you just pasted. See my tag for reference.

Now is the time to resize your tag if you wish to do so.
Add your copyright info. Add your name, postition how you like. Give it a drop shadow and thats it, you are done.

Here is the version using only flowers and another tube

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/STM13rKHHbI/AAAAAAAAAME/sxoMiSJLgjY/s400/Witches+autumn2.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5274618819175194034" />

Mysterious Whispers

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/STM0LFlkU8I/AAAAAAAAAL0/Rstl2N6GkDw/s400/mysterious+whispers.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5274616953663935426" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need

One or two tubes of choice. The tube I am using comes with two seperate pieces on different layers. I am using the work of Tony Mauro. You must purchase a license from AMI, http://www.artisticmindsinc.com/ to use his work.
I happened to purchase mine when he was with cilm.

Scrapkit. I am using a kit called Whispered Serenity which you can purchase from Digital Chaos here http://www.fall3nangel.com/store/

New Image-600x600-transparent.

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer. If needed resize by about 85%, all layers unchecked.

Now paste a paper that either looks crumpled or that has burnt edges and resize by about 75%, again all layers unchecked.
See my tag for reference to get an idea of how this should look.
If it is still too big, resize again. Once happy, change the blend mode by double clicking the layer in the layer palette and where it says blend mode, change it to soft light.

Paste your tube as a new layer. My tube came with two pieces on seperate layers. So for the first part I used the mirror image.
Again, if needed resize as above. Lower the opacity on this tube layer by double clicking on the tube layer and where it says opacity, change it to about 60. This is where you need a second tube.
I pasted the other part of my tube, which was just the vamp lady, to the right side of my mirror tube. Once happy with the positioning, make sure the bottom part of this tube is at least slightly hanging over the bottom of our smaller paper. Make the smaller paper layer active. Selections-select all. Selections float-then selections defloat. Now go selections invert. Make your regular tube layer active and hit delete. Select None. See my tag for reference for how your tube should look.

Make the paper background layer active(the big paper).

Copy and paste a flower of choice as a new layer and position
so that it is centered over our tube that has the lowered opacity.
If it looks too big resize it a little. Lower the opacity to about
50%.

Make your top layer active. Copy and paste another flower of choice as a new layer and position in the top left corner.
Duplicate and go image mirror. This should position the duplicate in the right top corner. You may need to move it slightly. Once happy merge these two together by going layers, merge, down. Duplicate and go image flip and postion so they sit on the bottom corners.

Paste some diamonds or a doodle and position toward the top left so they sit just above the mirror. erase any parts that are showing through our flower with the lowered opacity so that it looks like it goes under the flower. See my tag for reference. Once happy duplicate it, and go image flip, and position so it sits the same way as the top.
Again erase any bits that show through the flower. See my tag for reference.
Now merge these two diamond/doodle layers together by going layers, merge, down.
Duplicate, and mirror.
Position the same way against the mirror. Merge these two together.
Lower the opacity to 60.

Copy and paste a ribbon of choice. Go image-free rotate-right-90 and make sure that all layers and rotate single layer are UNchecked. ok.
Position along the left side of your tag. See my tag for reference. The ribbon i used had a bow on it. If you are using a plain ribbon, you may wish to paste a bow, rotate it as we did the ribbon and paste it in the center of the ribbon. If you have to do it this way, merge the two layers once happy with the position. Then duplicate it, image, mirror. If needed position it so it sits properly on the right side of the tag. Again, see my tag for reference.

Now you can either leave the ribbons as is or you can cut of the ends so that they end where our smaller paper ends. To do this make the smaller paper layer active and go selections-select all- float-defloat-invert. Now make your first ribbon layer active and grab your eraser tool. Do not hit delete for this or it will delete half your ribbon.
With your eraser tool about size 16, hardness 19, erase the bottom part of the ribbon straight across even with the marching ants around the bottom of the smaller paper and erase the parts below that. Do not erase anything higher the where the marching ants are. Now do the same thing along the top part of the ribbon.
Then make the other ribbon layer active and do the same thing on the bottom and top.
Select none.

Now give each of your ribbon layers a drop shadow. I used 0,-2,71,6, black. Then repeat changing only the -2 to 2. Do the same for the other ribbon.

Now is the time if you wish to resize your tag to do so. Make sure you check all layers.

Add your copyright info. Now add your name. Convert to raster. With your magic wand click inside each letter. Make sure the mode for the magic wand is set to add(shift), feather 0,tolerance 10. Once you have clicked inside each letter, go to effects, 3d effects, inner bevel, bevel 2, width 6, smoothness 28, depth 12, ambience and shininess 0, angle 318, intensity 40, elevation 34, color white. Select none.

And thats it, you are done!

©Angel Flower September 2008

A Bit Of Asian

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/STMw1YJrg-I/AAAAAAAAALs/ozZ4epNTrVA/s400/A+Bit+of+Aisian+kay.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5274613282155234274" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need a tube of choice. I am using the work of Myka Jelina. You must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com, to use her work.

Scrapkit. I am using a kit called Asian Dreams by KookyKay
You can purchase the kit here http://angelicscraps.com/
Visit her blog here http://kookykaysscrapz.blogspot.com/

New Image-600x600-transparent

Flood fill with white.

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Resize if needed. Anytime you think something is too big you can resize it to your liking.

Copy and paste a frame as a new layer. Resize by going image-resize- by about 80%, all layers unchecked.
Give it a drop shadow. Effects--3d effects--drop shadow--I used 0,0,100,5 and black.

Grab your magic wand--mode add--match rgb--tolerance 10--feather 0.
Click in the center of your frame. Selections--modify--expand by 8. Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections--invert--hit delete. Select none.

Add your tube and resize if needed as we did above. Place so that your tube is sitting or laying on the frame. See my tag for reference. Give it a drop shadow of choice.

Paste some flowers along the side of the frame. Make sure they are under the frame layer and the paper layer for the frame. Merge these flowers together.

Now paste a different flower and place on the same side of the frame in the center of the flowers you just pasted. See my tag for reference.
Merge this flower to the other flowers. Now duplicate this layer and go image--mirror. This should position the duplicate on the opposite side of the frame.

Now choose another element, I used a fan, and paste across the bottom of the frame. Make sure you place these above the frame layer but below the tube layer. I slightly rotated the first one, then i duplicated it, and went image mirror.
This should put it on the opposite bottom corner.
I then placed two more fans along the bottom center of the frame.
see my tag for reference. Merge only these embellishments together.
Give it a dop shadow.

I then pasted a letter envelope in the right corner of my tag. You can use any embellishment you think looks good.

Paste a dragonfly or butterfly on the top left corner. Give it a drop shadow.
Duplicate it and mirror it. Position just above the embellishment you put in the
bottom right corner. see my tag for reference.

Now is the time to resize you tag if you wish, make sure to check all layers.
Now add your copyright info. Add your name in a font of choice. give it a drop
shadow.

Thats it, you're done!

©angel flower september 2008

My older tutorials

I have decided to move my older tutorials from my freewebs site to here. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need two tubes of choice. I am using the work of Amy Brown. You must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com to use her work.
Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Antiqued Romance by Krissy from Giggly Girl Scrapz. You can purchase the kit here http://fall3nangel.com/store/.

New image-600x600-transparent

Choose a paper to be used as a border. Paste as a new layer onto your canvas. If it is too big, go to image-resize-about 85%, all layers unchecked.
If it is still too big repeat that step till it is the size of the canvas.

Now choose a paper to use for a background. Paste as a new layer and resize it untill it is slightly smaller than the first paper we pasted. Now it should
look like the bottom paper is a border to the background paper.

Paste some journal papers as a new layer toward the top left of your tag. Resize if needed. You can use the same method as before or you can use the little pick tool, which is the little arrow tool. If you click this, you will see a box around the layer you are working on. Grab one of the corners and drag it slowly to the size you want. Rotate it slightly.
See my tag for reference.

Paste a butterfly as a new layer and resize. Position it in the top center of the papers. Again see my tag for reference.

Paste a frame as a new layer. Resize it and position to the top right of your tag. See my tag for placement. You will need to rotate it slightly.

Grab your magic wand-mode is add-match mode is rgb-tolerance 20-feather 0. Click in the center of the picture frame. Selections-modify-expand by 3. Keep selected.

Paste another paper as a new layer and resize. Go to selections-invert. Hit delete. Select none. Move this layer below the frame layer. This is the paper for the frame.

Grab the tube you want to use in the frame and paste it as a new layer. Resize it. Position the part you want to use so it shows in the frame. Move this layer below the frame layer.

On your frame layer, Use your magic wand again and click in the center of the frame. Go to selections-modify-expand by 3. Selections invert. Make the tube layer active and hit delete. Select none.

Make your frame layer active. Go to layers-merge-down. This should merge your frame and tube layer we just did. Now do this one more time and it should merge those with the paper for the frame. Now you should have one layer with the entire photo we created. Give it a drop shadow.

Duplicate the photo and go image mirror. Position toward the bottom of the tag. Move this layer below the journal papers layer. See my tag for placement.

Paste a key as a new layer. Resize and rotate it slightly. Position so it sits on top of part of the bottom photo and the corner of the journal papers. Make sure this layer is above the journal papers layer.
Again see my tag for how it should look.

Paste a flower branch as a new layer and position on the right side of the tag. Make sure this layer is just above the background paper layer. You should see the flowers stick out a little on the side. Once happy, duplicate and go image mirror.

Now paste your main tube as a new layer and position where you like it or how i did mine. Give it a drop shadow.

This is the time to resize your entire tag if you think it is too big. Go to image-resize-choose your percent and make sure all layers is checked this time.

Add your copyright so it is clearly visible.

Add your name. Give it a drop shadow.

Thats it, you are done!

© Angel Flower November 2008

Wiccan Rose

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SR4FXJGHjaI/AAAAAAAAAK8/17xWAXQZgFQ/s320/wiccan+rose.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5268654509206769058" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need a tube of choice. I am using the work of Jessica Galbreth. You must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com, to use here work.

Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Antique Rose by Melisa from Poisoned Princess.
You can purchase the kit here www.poisonedprincess.com.

New Image-600x600-transparent.

Choose one of your papers for a background. Copy and paste it onto your canvas as a new layer. Resize if needed by going to image-resize-and change the percent to about 85. You can adjust this as needed. Make sure all layers is unchecked. You can use this method to resize anytime something is too big.

Paste a frame as a new layer and resize.

Choose a paper for the inside of your frame. Paste it as a new layer and resize it. Move this layer below your frame layer.

Make your frame layer active and grab your magic wand with these settings-mode add-match mode rgb- Tolerance 20- feather 0. Click in the center of your frame.
Go to Selections-modify-expand by 5. Now go to selections invert. Make the paper that we chose for the frame active. Hit delete. Select none.

Give your frame layer a drop shadow of choice.

Paste your tube as a new layer. Resize as needed. Move this below the frame layer but above the paper for the frame. Position so the part you want shows through the frame.

Make your frame layer active and grab your magic wand with the same settings as before. Click in the center of the frame. Go to selections-modify -expand by 5. Go to selections invert.
Make your tube layer active and hit delete. Select none. Now the only part of your tube left should be what shows through the frame.
Give it a drop shadow.

Hide your two background layers, the paper and the blank layer, and then go to layers-merge-visible. Unhide the two background layers.

Make the background paper layer active. Paste some flowers, or a cluster of flowers, around the top corner of your frame. If using seperate flowers, merge them together into one layer when you are happy with them. Now duplicate the flowers layer and go to image-mirror. Merge these two layers together by making the top one active and go layers-merge-down. Duplicate this layer and go to image flip. You should now have two cluster layers of flowers, one around the top of the frame and one around the bottom. See my tag for reference.

Now choose a different flower. Paste as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position on one side of the frame in the center . Again duplicate and go image mirror. Now you have one on each side in the center.
Duplicate one of these flowers and position at the top of the frame in the center. Duplicate and go image flip. So now you should have a total of four, one on each side of the frame.

Give the last four flowers we did a drop shadow.

Paste a rose as a new layer. Move this layer above the frame layer. Resize as needed. Position to one side of the frame. See my tag for reference. Duplicate the rose. Go to image-mirror, and then image-flip. Position as you like or see my tag again for how it should look.

Now paste a tear drop or gem as a new layer and repeat the same steps we just used for the rose.

Now is the time to resize your whole tag if you think it is too big. Go to image-resize-choose your percentage and make sure all layers is checked this time.

Add your copyright info so it is clearly legible.

Add your name in a font of choice. I used niagara engraved. Give it a drop shadow.

Thats it you are done.

©Angel Flower November 2008

Diamond Elegance

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SQ-k7ZI_eSI/AAAAAAAAAK0/2dJ3z3U3bbk/s400/diamond+elegance+shhh.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5264607829687236898" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need a tube of choice. I am using the work of Jennifer Jenesko. You must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com to use her work.

Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Diamond Darkness by Shhh from ShhhSrapz. It can be purchased here http://www.fall3nangel.com/store/. Visit her blog here www.shhhscrapzshack.blogspot.com

New Image-600x600-Transparent.

Anytime we paste something and it is too big, you can resize it one of two ways. One way is to click the little arrow tool.
You should see a box around the layer you are on, unless of course what you are tyring to resize is bigger than your canvas.
We will get to how to fix that in a minute. Once you see the box, if you put your mouse at one of the corners, you can drag the corner to make the image smaller. Always drag the box by the corner, otherwise it will get all distorted.

The other way to resize, esp. for things that are bigger than the canvas, is to go to image, resize, and start with about 85%, all layers unchecked.
You may need to repeat this a few times until it is the size you want.

Paste a paper of choice, try to use one that is decorated rather than plain, as a new layer. Resize so it is the size of your canvas. This will be our background.
Paste a plain paper as a new layer and resize to the same as the first. Over in the layer palette, double click this layer, the plain paper, and change the opacity to
about 60. This is our overlay paper.

Paste a frame of choice. The one I used is actually a mat and was already decorated with paper. If you are using a regular frame, then you will need to add a paper for
the inside. To do this, grab your magic wand, mode-add, feather-0, tolerance-20, click the center of the frame, the empty space. Paste a paper as a new layer. Go to
selections-modify-anywhere between 2 and 10 depending on the type of frame. Now go selections, invert and on the paper we just pasted hit delete. Select none.
You should now have your frame with the paper only showing through the inside. Make sure the paper layer is below the frame layer.

Paste your tube as a new layer. Resize it so it fits nicely inside your frame. If there are parts sticking out that you want gone then get your magic wand again, same settings, make your frame layer active, click in the center of it and go selections-invert, back on your tube layer hit delete. Now select none.
I changed the blend mode on mine by double clicking the tube layer and under blend mode, choose lighten, or whichever you like the looks of best.

Paste a couple of heart and flower elements around one side of the frame. Make sure each one is below the frame and frame paper layer. See my tag for placement. I only put them on one side because the the mat i used as a frame had a decoration on the other side. If you used a regualar frame, you paste elements around both sides if you want.

Give each of your elements a drop shadow of 0,0,opacity 100, blur 10, color black. Give your frame layer the same drop shadow.

Paste a ruffle or ribbon of choice across the top of your tag. See my tag for reference. Duplicate this layer and go image flip. Position as i have mine.

Paste some sort of charm or chain with a charm. Position on one side of your tag under your frame layer. If needed resize. Duplicate and go image mirror. See my tag for reference.
Give each of these the same drop shadow we used above.

Now is the time if you wish to resize your tag to do so by going to image-resize, make sure all layers is checked this time, by about 85%.

Now add your copyright so it is clearly visible. Add Your name and give it the same drop shadow.

Thats it, you are done.

©Angel Flower November 2008

Myka's Gang

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need four tubes of choice. I am using the work of Myka Jelina. You must purchase a license from CILM, http://www.cilm.com/, to use her work.
Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Jewels of the Soul Birthstone Kit by Krissy from GigglyGirlScrapz. You can purchase the kit here http://www.poisonedprincess.com/

New image-600x600, Transparent.

Paste a paper as a new layer. This will be our background paper. Go to image resize, about 85%, all layers unchecked. If it is still too big for your, repeat this step till it is the right size.
You can use this method anytime something needs to be resized. If resizing makes your paper too small then use the edit to undo and just leave
it as is. Or, if you prefer, you can always use the pick tool, the little arrow, and then drag the box with one of the corners till it is the right size, just becareful not to distort the image.

Paste another paper as a new layer and resize so it is smaller than the background paper. We want it to look like our background paper is bordering this paper.

Paste a triple frame or three single frames along the bottom of the tag. Resize it so it fits inside the top paper.

Pick another paper for the inside of the frames and paste as a new layer.

Grab your magic wand tool, mode-add, match mode-rgb, tolerance-20, feather-0.
Click inside each of the frames, go to selections-modify-expand by - this will be anywhere between 3 and 10 depending on the type of frame used. I had to used 7 for mine.
Now make your paper for the frames the active layer and go selections invert, and hit delete. Select none. You should now have the paper showing only through the frames.Move this layer below the frame layer.

Now paste one of the tubes as a new layer and resize as needed and position so that the face shows through one of the frames.
Repeat this step for the other two parts of the frame using different tubes. Make sure all three tube layers are below the frames layer.

Get the magic wand, same settings as before, and again click in the center of each frame and go to selections-modify-expand by 7 or whatever you used before.
Now go selections invert. Click on the first tube layer and hit delete, then click on each of the other two tube layers and hit delete for each one. Select none. Now, if any bits from one of your tubes hangs over into the frame next to it, you will need to get your eraser brush with a size of about 16 and erase only those parts that hang over. You will have to make the layer with the parts you need erased active in order to do this.

Make your frame layer active and give it a drop shadow. I used, h+v-0,opacity-100, blur-10, color black.

Paste your main tube as a new layer and resize if needed. Place so that it looks to be sitting or laying on top of the frames.
Give it the same drop shadow.

Paste a doodle as a new layer. Resize if needed. position on one side of your tag within the smaller paper. Move this layer so it is just above the smaller paper layer. See my tag for reference.
Duplicate this layer by right clicking on the layer and choose duplicate. Then go to image, and mirror. You should now have one on each side of the tag.

Paste a heart element and resize it, place one on each side of the tag where you like or see my tag for placement.

Paste some flowers under the frame and frame paper layers around the edges so that they slightly stick out from under the frames. see my tag for reference.

Make your smaller paper layer active. Selections-select all. Selections float, then defloat. Make the background paper layer active, selections invert, and right click it and choose promote selection to layer. Select none. This is our border layer. Give this new layer a drop shadow of 3,3,100,10, and black. Then repeat changing the 3's to -3.

Now is the time if you wish to resize your whole tag to do so. Make sure this time that all layers is checked.
Once happy add your copyright info so it is clearly visible.
Add your name. Give it a drop shadow of choice.

Now you can save and leave as is or you can animate.

To animate

Merge your two doodle layers together by right clicking on the top one and choose merge down. Now duplicate twice so you have a total of three. On the top layer go to effects-plugins-dsb flux-bright noise-
40% and mix.

Now do the same to the remaining doodle layers clicking the mix button once each time.

Make the border layer we made active. Duplicate this layer twice also for a total of 3. This part might be tricky. Get your magic wand with same settings we used before. On the top border layer, Click where you see the drop shadow we applied on the border layer.
This should make only the shadowed edge of the border is selected and not the border itself. On the top layer go to effects-plugins-xenofex2-constellation-2-7-90-4-100-91-rotation 45-keep original image, click random seed once.
Repeat this for the other two border layers keeping the settings the same and clicking random seed once each time.

Now hide the bottom two border layers and the bottom two doodle layers by clicking the eye next to each of them.

Make one of the visible layers active. Go to edit-copy merged. Go to your animation shop. Go edit, paste as new animation.
Back in psp, hide the top border layer and top doodle layer and unhide the middle border layer and middle doodle layer. Again go to edit, copy merged.
Back to animation shop, go to edit, paste after current frame. Now go back to psp one more time. Hide both middle layers and unhide the last border layer and doodle layer. Edit, copy merged. And again in animation shop go to edit paste after current frame.

Now go to file save as, save it and you are done.

©Angel Flower October 2008

Sweet Summer

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SPURs-pKYeI/AAAAAAAAAKM/hbW7cBHXtAo/s320/sweet+summer+.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5257127604452483554" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. You must purchase a license from Cilm,www.cilm.com, to use her work.

Scrapkit. I am using a ptu kit called Summer Sherbert by Melisa. You can purchase the kit here:www.poisonedprincess.com

New Image-600x600-transparent.

Paste a paper of choice as for your background layer. If needed resize it by going to image-resize-by about 85%. You can repeat this step until the paper is the size you need it. You can also use this method of resizing anytime something looks too big.

Paste another papr of choice and resize so it is about half the size of your background paper. See my tag for referenece. Go to image-free rotate-left- free-15-make sure both boxes are UNchecked. Move this paper toward the left of your tag.

Paste another paper and make it the same size as the one we just did. Again go to image free rotate, the only setting you need to change from before is to click right instead of left. Move this paper toward the right of your tag. See my tag for reference for how these should look.

Give both papers a drop shadow of choice by going to effects-3d effects-drop shadow.

Paste a bow as a new layer. Resize if needed and place on the top corner of one of your papers closest to the edge of the tag. Paste another type of bow or other element in the same spot on the other paper. See my tag for placement.

Paste a flower and move this layer below your paper layers and make it stick out of the side a little. Go to image duplicate and move it down or over a little from
the first flower. Repeat these steps till you have the flowers around the sides and bottom of the papers. See my tag for reference.

Paste your tube as a new layer. Resize if needed. Place in the center of the two papers or how you think it looks best. Give it a drop shadow.

Next i pasted a cherry branch on each side of my papers. I resized it and moved the layer below my tube and bow layers. See my tag for placement if you use this or
a similar item. I then pasted a couple other butterflies at the top of my tag. This is up to you. I also pasted a dragonfly on each side of my tag at the top.

I gave some of my elements a slight drop shadow but this is up to you.

Now is the time to resize if your whole tag if you wish. Use the same method as we have been except this time make sure all layers is checked.

Once happy with it, add your copyright info so it is clearly legible.

Add your name. Give it a drop shadow.

Thats it you are done.

©Angel Flower October 08

Ally's Bliss

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SO1Ba3U9S6I/AAAAAAAAAKE/aidIp9FVrDc/s400/allys+bliss+melisa.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5254928269995494306" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Visit her blog here: http://melisasscraps.blogspot.com/

New image: 600x600-transparent.

Open one of your papers and paste as a new layer. If it needs to be resized, go to image-resize-by about 85%, all layers unchecked.
If it is still too big, repeat this step until it is the right size for you.

Anytime something looks too big to you, you can use the above method to resize or you can use the deformation tool, the little arrow tool, and drag a corner of the box that appears around the image till it is the right size.

Paste a circle frame as a new layer and resize if needed.

Grab another paper and paste as a new layer. Resize. Move this layer below your frame layer.

Get your magic wand, mode is add, match mode is rgb, tolerance 20, feather 0. Click in the center of your circle frame. Go to selections-modify-expand-
this will be anywhere between 3 and 8 depending on the width and style of your frame. I used 5 for mine.
Keep selected and make your paper layer active that we just pasted. Selections-invert-and hit delete. Select none.

Give your frame layer a drop shadow. I used 0,0,85,10,black.

Paste your tube as a new layer, resize and paste on the frame to your liking. See my tag for reference.
Give it the same drop shadow.

Paste a doodle as a new layer. Resize it and move below your frame and frame paper layer. Position on one side of the frame. Duplicate it, and go image mirror.
I then merged these two layers by right clicking on the top doodle layer and choosing merge down. I then duplicated the merged layer and went to image flip.

Paste a flower and position in the top left of your tag. Move this layer below the frame and frame paper layer. I left this flower big and made it stick out slightly from behind the frame. Give it a drop shadow, i used 0,0,100,5, black.

Now paste a different flower and this time resize it. Place so it is centered on top of your big flower. See my tag for reference. Give this a drop shadow changing the opacity to 66.

Now right click on the small flower layer and choose merge down. Duplicate this merged layer and go image mirror, and then image flip. Now you should have the same merged layer in the bottom right of your tag.

Paste a butterfly on your frame, resize and position how you like, see my tag for reference. Once happy, duplicate it and go image mirror, and image flip. Position it how you like so it is opposite of your other one.

Now is the time if you wish to resize your whole tag to do so. Use the same method we used in the beginning except make sure all layers is checked.

Now add your copyright so it is clearly visible.

Add your name. It looks much better than shown here.

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

This tutorial was written for a contest at UYA (Up Your Art)

For this tutorial you will need
An image of choice. I am using the work of Carrie Hall. You must purchase a license from UYA, http://www.upyourart.com/,
to use her work.
Plugins-mura's meister copies, vm extravaganza transmission, fantastic machines paint engine, eye candy 3 or 4000(optional). I obtained all of these filters, except for eye candy 4000, as free to use plugins so if you do not have them try doing a yahoo or google search for them.
A bat(s)
Animation shop(optional)

New Image-600x600-Transparent
Flood fill white.

Paste your image as a new layer. Resize it by about 80%. To do this go to image-resize-80%-all layers unchecked.

Grab your preset shape tool. Set to rectangle. Width 5-create as vector-anti alias checked. Foreground is a dark color from your tube.
Background null. Draw out a rectangle the size of your image. Adjust it if needed so it looks as though the rectangle is a border around your image.

Right click on this layer in the layer palette and choose Convert to raster. Grab your magic wand. Mode add -match mode rgb -tolerance 20-feather 0 -anti alias unchecked.
Click inside the rectangle border. Go to effects-edge effects-enhance. Select none.

Right click on the rectangle layer and merge down so that your image and your rectangle are now one layer. Resize this layer by about 85%.

Go to effects-3d effects-drop shadow- 0,0,75,10, black.

Duplicate your merged layer. Go to effects-plugins-mura's meister copies-in the preset box choose cards-settings should be as follows
6, -5, -5, -15, 30, -40, 30, 0, 100, 0, 0, 30,0. The other three boxes should be circle, tile mode, behind.

Duplicate this layer. On the duplicate change the blend mode to about 65.

On the original go to effects-reflection effects-kaliedescope- -66, 45, 210. 90, 4,0, 64, click reflect.

Make a new layer just above your background layer. Choose two colors from your image for your foreground and background. On your foreground box choose gradient. Find the one that says foreground/background. Style is linear, angle 45, repeat 0. Flood fill the new layer with the gradient.

Still on the same layer, go to effects-plugins-fantastic machines-paint engine. Just click the random button a few times till you see one your like.

Now go effects-plugins-vm extravaganza-transmission- 6, 0, 40. Repeat this effect but change the line width, the first setting, to 3.

Make a new layer and place a few bats around your tag. See my tag for reference. Once happy change the blend mode on the bats layer by double clicking it and change the blend to hard light.
If it doesnt look right to you play around with the different blends till you find one you like.

Now is the time if you wish to resize your tag to do so. Use the same method we used in the beginning except this time make sure all layers is checked.

Add your copyright info. Make sure it is clearly visible. If it is too dark you can always add a white drop shadow or a glow. To add a glow you can use eye candy 3 or eye candy 4000. If you use 3, make the width about 4, opacity 100 and white for a color. Choose the fat setting. I use the same settings in the 4000 version, just put the soft corners at 25 and check the draw only outside box.

Add your name. To add it in the direction i have you need to change the direction. Click the drop down box, and choose the middle option which is vertical and left. Type out your name and give it a drop shadow.

Now if you do not wish to do animation you can leave your tag as is, Or you can add a saying such as happy halloween along the bottom of your tag. Just make sure you put the direction back to the first setting. Give it a drop shadow and save and you are done. DO NOT add a saying yet if you wish to animate.

Animating

For the animation, you need to hide your name layer, and type out Happy Halloween or other saying of choice using the same direction as your name. Give it the same drop shadow.

Hide this layer and unhide your name layer.

Duplicate your name layer three times so you have a total of four. Now we are going to start with the name layer at the top of all the others so this will be our first name layer. Hide this layer.

On the second name layer, the one right under it, change the opacity to 75 by double clicking it. Now hide it.

On the third name layer, change the opacity to 50. Hide it.

And on the fourth name layer, change the opacity to 25.
Hide this one also.

Now undhide the happy halloween layer, or whatever you typed, and follow the same steps we used for the name.

Hide all of the name layers and saying layers.

Unhide only the top name layer. This is the one that we did not change the opacity on.

Go to edit-copy merged. Open animation shop, and in animation shop go to edit-paste as new animation.

Back to your psp, Hide the top name layer and unhide the next name layer, this should be the one with 75% opacity. Again go edit-copy merged.

Back to animation shop and go edit-paste after current frame.

Continue these steps until all four name layers are in animation shop.

Now back in psp, make sure all the name layers are hidden. Unhide the saying layer that is on the bottom of the others, this should be the one that has only 25% opacity. Go to edit-copy merged.

In animation shop go edit-paste after current frame.

Back in psp, hide the saying layer we just used and unhide the next one above it. This should be the 50% opacity layer. Go to edit-copy merged.

In animation shop-edit paste after current frame. Again repeat these steps until all the saying layers are pasted in animation shop.

Once you have these all pasted in animation shop go to edit-select all. Click on animation-frame properties and change it to 35.

Click view and choose animation. Now go to file save as-choose your saving place and give it a name, click save, An animation quality box will appear.

I usually make sure the little slider is all the way at the top by better image quality. Click next, once it is done processing click next again, another box comes up showing the original and the optimized, click next and then finally click finish.

And thats it, you are done!!

©Angel Flower October 2008

Trick or Treat Vampire style

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SN-9sLabNlI/AAAAAAAAAJc/GXaYLx019js/s400/Trick+or+Treat+Vampire+style.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5251124257212806738" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own
ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials
are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need
A Halloween Scrapkit. I am using a kit called Trick or Treat by GigglyGirlScrapz which you can purchase here http://www.fall3nangel.com/store/

Also visit her blog here WWW.GIGGLYGIRLSCRAPZ.BLOGSPOT.COM

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Cane Hoyer, You must purchase a license from MPT, www.mypsptubes.com, to use his work.

Just a note that anytime we paste something, if it looks too big, you can resize it using the deformation tool or by going to image-resize- i usually start with 85% and then if needed i repeat that step. Make sure all layers is unchecked when you do this.

New image-600x600-transparent.

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer. If needed resize.

Copy and paste a haunted house as a new layer and position in the center of the tag.

Paste a type of sign on the left bottom side of the tag, resize if needed.

Paste your tube on the bottom right of the tag. Resize it a little. See my tag for how this should now look.

The tube i am using came with a close up image so i pasted the close up image as a new layer and positioned toward the top of the tag. I lowered the opacity to about
50. If you dont have a close up you can use the selection tool to select the part of the tube youwish to use and copy and paste it that way and position where you like.

Copy and paste a moon in the top left corner of the tag.

Paste a cat onto your tag and resize. Position next to your sign or where you like.

Paste a couple of webs onto your tag and position where you like or see my tag for placement.

Copy and paste a skull, resize, and position at the tip of the haunted house.

Paste a gravestone and position where you like. See my tag for reference.

Paste some word art or type out words of choice and position along the bottom of the tag.

Now hide the paper layer and the background layer by clicking the eye next to each layer. Now go layers-merge visible. Now unhide the layers we hid.

Duplicate the merged layer on on the original go effects-texture effects-soft plastic-18,1,10,0 and white. Repeat with the same settings.

Now duplicate the layer we applied the soft plastic to, and on the original go to effects-texture effects-mosaic antique-70,70, 50,2,50.

Now is the time to resize your tag if you think it is too big. Just go to image-resize but this time make sure all layers is checked.

Add your copyright info. Add your name in a spooky type font. Give it a drop shadow. I used 0,0,100,5 and white.

Thats it you are done.

©Angel Flower September 2008

Witchy Attitude

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SN6m2UEG7rI/AAAAAAAAAJE/RGF_zlDi1Gk/s400/Witchy+attitude+kay.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5250817667589664434" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own
ideas. I am using the work of Elias Chatzoudis
You must purchase a license from MPT, www.mypsptubes.com to use his work.

Just a note that anytime we paste something, if it looks too big, you can resize it using the deformation tool or by going to image-resize-
i usually start with 85% and then if needed i repeat that step. Make sure all layers is unchecked when you do this.

New image-600x600-transparent.

Copy and paste a paper. Resize if needed. Now paste another paper of choice and resize by about 80%. This second paper should be slightly smaller than the first so that it almost looks like the bottom paper is bordering the paper we just pasted. See my tag for reference.

Paste a cluster frame toward the top right of the canvas. Grab the magic wand and put the mode to add, tolerance 20, and feather 0.
Click in the center of each of the frames. Go to selections-modify-expand by 3. Paste a paper that you want to use for the inside of the frame. Selections invert, and hit delete. Select none.

Now paste a tube and position so that the part you want to use shows through the first frame. Make your frame layer active and click in the center of the first frame you chose. Now make your tube layer active and go selections invert and hit delete. Select none. Repeat these steps for the rest of the frames you have.

Move all the tube layers for the frames below the frames layer. Hide all your layers except these tube layers. To do this click the little eye next to each layer.
Now click on one of your tube layers and go layers, merge down. Now unhide all your layers. Change the blend mode on the tubes layer to overlay. To do this
double click on the layer and in the blend mode box choose over lay.

Now go back to your frame layer and give it a drop shadow.

Paste a flower of choice and move this layer to the top. Position in the center of your frames so it almost looks as though it is joining them together. See my tag
for reference.
Give it a drop shadow.

Paste a ghost and move this layer so it is just above our background layers. Position so that it sticks out of the top of the frames. See my tag for placement.

Paste a letter or other element of choice and positon under the frame but so that the tip sticks out of the side. See my tag for placement.

Now paste a broom on the left side of your tag and position how you like.

Get another flower and paste one on each side of the first flower we used. Again, see my tag for placement.
Give each flower a drop shadow.

Paste some word art or type out words of choice along the bottom of the tag.

I also pasted a cat along the bottom of the tag so it looks like it is walking on the words.

Now is the time to resize your tag. Go image-resize-all layer checked this time.

Add your copyright info and add your name.

Thats it you are done!

©Angel Flower September 2008

Pinup Passion

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SN54WWFpg7I/AAAAAAAAAI8/7oCx9mW0psg/s400/pinup+passion.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5250766540842304434" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorialsare registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need
Scrapkit. I am using a ptu kit called Passion in the Darkness by Melisa. You can purchase this kit here: http://www.poisonedprincess.com/oscommerce/catalog/index.php and visit her blog here http://melisasscraps.blogspot.com/

Tube of choice. I am using PinUpToons, you must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com to use his work.

New image-600x600-transparent.

Just a note that anytime we paste something, if it looks too big, you can resize it using the deformation tool or by going to image-resize- i usually start with 85% and then if needed i repeat that step. Make sure all layers is unchecked when you do this.

Flood fill with white.

Paste a paper from your kit as a new layer on the canvas.

Paste a frame as a new layer and resize. Click in the center of the frame with your magic wand. Mode is add, match mode is rgb, Tolerance 20, feather 0. Go to selections- modify-expand by 3. Depending on the frame you are using you may need to expand by more.
Now paste another paper of choice as a new layer. Selections-invert-hit delete. Select none. Move this paper layer below your frame layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Resize and position so it sits nicely inside the frame. Move this layer below the frame layer but above the paper layer.

Give your tube a drop shadow. I used V -1, H 7, opacity 75, blur 9, color black.

Paste a ribbon across the bottom of the frame. Resize and position so that it slightly hangs a little over each side. See my tag for reference.

Paste a bow and position on the center of the ribbon. Resize if needed.

Paste a doodle onto your canvas. Move this layer so it is just above our background paper layer. Position on one side of the frame. Once happy, duplicate this layer and go image mirror. You should now have a doodle on each side of the frame.

Paste a gem as a new layer and resize. Position right in the center of the bow. See my tag for reference.
Give your gem a drop shadow of -1,1,75, 9 and black. Give your bow the same drop shadow.

Paste a scrappy flower as a new layer. Resize and position on one of the corners of the frame. Duplicate this layer and go image-mirror. You may need to move it slightly so it is on the opposite corner. Go layers-merge-down. Now your two flowers should be one layer. Duplicate this layer and go image flip.
you should now have two flower layers, one on the top corners of the frame and one on the bottom corners of the frame. Give both layers a drop shadow.

Paste a butterfly at the top center of the tag just above the frame. Resize if needed. Give it a drop shadow. See my tag for reference.

Paste another flower and resize. Position on the side of the frame. See my tag for placement. Duplicate and mirror.
Give them both a drop shadow.

Now is the time to resize your tag if needed. Go to image resize and make sure all layers is checked this time.

Now add your copyright info. Add your name. Once happy with it convert to raster. I then gave my name a soft plastic effect. Go to effects-texture effects-soft plastic.
I used settings of 3,55,5, angle 0 and color white. Now give it a drop shadow.

Thats it you are done.

©Angel Flower September 2008

Unicorn Visions

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SNbQI0rsmAI/AAAAAAAAAI0/NhEk6VCu_h0/s400/unicorn+visions.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5248611265746343938" />
This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own
ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials
are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need
Scrapkit of choice. I am using a PTU kit called Violet Visions by ShhhScrapz and is available for purchase here:
http://www.fall3nangel.com/store/
Also visit her blog here www.shhhscrapzshack.blogspot.com

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Amy Brown. You must purchase a license from CILM, www.cilm.com, to use her work.

New Image-600x600-transparent.

Open a paper of choice and paste as a new layer. Resize if needed by going to image-resize-about 80%-all layers unchecked.
Anytime something is too big to you you can resize it.

Now paste a frame from your kit as a new layer. If needed resize.

Make your paper layer active. Open another paper from your kit and copy and paste as a new layer on your canvas. This is going to be our paper for our frame. Make your frame layer active. Now you can either grab your magic wand and click in the center of your frame, or you can click the little arrow next to the magic wand and choose selection. If you choose to use the selection then you need to set the type to ellipse. Try to place the selection tool directly in the center of your frame and draw out a circle that slightly overlaps your frame. If you used the magic wand then you just click in the center and then go selections-modify-expand by about 4- then go invert.
Make your paper for the frame the active layer and hit delete. Now the paper should only be showing through the frame. Selections-select none.

Give your frame layer a drop shadow by going effects-3d effects-drop shadow.

Paste your tube as a new layer. Make sure this layer is below the frame but above the paper. Resize to your liking. If you have any bits that hang out of the frame,
you can use the method we used above for the paper of the frame to delete the bits of tube that hang out of the frame. Or you can also just use the eraser to erase
the parts that hang out.

Give your tube a drop shadow.

Copy and paste a bow and position on the top center of your frame. Give it a drop shadow. I then chose to paste a flower type element on top of the bow in the center
but this is up to you. If you do this, give it a drop shadow also.

Paste a ribbon buckle or ribbon eyelet as a new layer. The things i used were three seperate pieces, one being the ribbon attached to the eyelet, the second being the knotted ribbon and the third was the flower element. Once you have the ribbon eyelet or buckle pasted and positioned, see my tag for reference or position where you like, then paste your other ribbon as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position so that a little part of the top of the ribbon is slightly over the buckle or eyelet part of the first one we pasted. Now make the ribbon eyelet or buckle layer active and with the magic wand click in the center of the little open circle part. Now make the second ribbon layer active and hit delete. Select none.
Now it should look as though the normal ribbon is wrapped around the buckle or eyelet of the first ribbon.
For the third part, paste a flower element as a new layer. If needed resize. Position so that the flower is centered on top of the bottom part of the ribbon we just did. Now it should look like the flower is attached to the ribbon. See my tag for reference.

I gave my flower only a drop shadow. Now right click on your flower layer and go merge down. Now your flower and your normal ribbon should be one layer. Now right click this layer and merge down again. Now you should have one layer with your ribbon buckle or eyelet, your ribbon, and your flower. Now that it is one layer, go to image-duplicate. Now go image mirror. This should put the duplicate on the opposite side. If needed position to your liking.

I gave each of these two layers a drop shadow.

Paste a flower clip as a new layer and position on the top left of the frame next to the bow. See my tag for reference. You may need to rotate it slightly to position it correctly. Once happy with it, duplicate it and go image-mirror. Now you should have a clip on each side of the bow.

I then pasted some flowers all the way around my frame. Once your are happy with the placement, give them a drop shadow.

Now is the time to resize your tag if you wish. Go to image-resize, choose your percentage and make sure all layers is checked.

Now add your copyright info. Add your name. Convert to raster once happy with it. Go to effects-3d effects-inner bevel. I used bevel 2-width 5-smoothness 24-depth 5-ambience 13 - shininess 10 -angle 315 -intensity 41 -elevation 34 -color white.

Now if you want you can add a drop shadow. And thats it, you are done!!

©Angel Flower September 2008

Sweet as Cherries

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SNLVB6z0LQI/AAAAAAAAAIs/ntpqSr0mZns/s400/Sweet+as+cherries+melisa.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5247490744783219970" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need
Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Chocolate Covered Cherries by Angie and Melisa from Poisoned Princess, you can purchase the kit here: http://www.poisonedprincess.com/

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Keith Garvey. You must purchase a license from MPT, www.mypsptubes.com
to use his work.

New image-600x600- transparent.

Flood fill with white. Copy and paste a paper as a new layer. You may need to resize by about 80%. Go to image-resize-80%-all layers unchecked. Anytime you paste something and it is too big this is the method you can use to resize. You can also use the deformation tool.

Copy and paste a frame as a new layer. Grab your magic wand, settings are mode add, tolerance 10, feather 0.
Click in the center of the frame. Go to selections-modify-expand by 5.
Copy and paste another paper as a new layer. Go selections-invert and hit delete. Select none.

Move the paper layer for the frame below the frame layer.

Give your frame layer a drop shadow of 0,0,65, 5, and white.

Now copy your tube and paste as a new layer on your canvas. Move this layer the top. Resize if needed.
Make your frame layer active again and click with your magic wand in the center and expand by 1 this time.

Make your tube layer active. Keep selected. Grab your eraser, size about 24-hardness 20-step 46-density thickness and opacity 100-rotation 0.
Erase only the bottom part of your tube. Dont worry about getting too much because you will only be able to erase what is outside the selection.
Select none.

Place a flower of choice on the left side of the frame. See my tag for reference. Then place another element of choice below the flower and over slightly if you are using around frame. Otherwise just under the flower will work.
I then placed some cherries underneath that and i moved the cherry layer below the other two element layers.

I then placed the same elements on the right side of the frame but in a slightly different order. Again see my tag for reference.

Paste a bow on the bottom of the frame and give it a drop shadow of choice by going to effects-3d-effects-drop shadow.

Grab one of the doodles and paste as a new layer. Position this layer below the frame and frame paper layers. duplicate it and go image mirror.
Merge these two layers together by going layers-merge-down. Now duplicate this merged doodle layer and go image-flip.
Now merge these two doodle layers together.

Give this doodle layer a drop shadow of choice but make the color white.

Copy and paste a tag and place at the bottom so it looks like it is being held by the bow.
Type out some words of choice on the tag.

Now is the time to resize your tag if you wish. Just go to image-resize-by about 80%-all layers checked this time.

Now add your copyright. I added mine just above my typed words.

Now you can add your name where and how you like or if you want it like mine follow these steps.

Go to your preset shapes and grab your elipse tool. Width about 3. Colors do not matter as long as it is visible on your tag.

Draw out a circle slightly larger than your frame. Grab your text tool and with your mouse hover over the edge of the circle at the top right until you see the A with the little half circle line under it. Click to type your name. Type your name in the colors and font of choice.

Now comes the tricky part. click the little + in the layer palette next to the shape layer. Notice the plus sign turns into a minus - sign and you now have one layer with the shape and name and two sub layers, one with just the name and one with the circle. Click the little eye next to the sub layer with only the circle. Notice this made the circle dissappear but the name is still there. Now go back to the - sign and click it. It now becomes the + sign and it is now back to one layer. Right click this layer and convert to raster. Your name should still be in the same shape.
You can now move your name slightly if you wish to reposition it.

Give your name a drop shadow. I used 0,-2,100,5 and white.

Now save and you are done.

©Angel Flower September 2008

Scarecrow fun

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SMwltbvhl0I/AAAAAAAAAIk/HAjpT-iVN7c/s320/scarecrow+fun.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5245609128451217218" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorials are registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need :

Scrapkit. I am using a PTU kit called Autumn Dreams Scrapkit by Sox Sational Scraps, formerly AussieScrappers, which you purchase here http://www.designerscrapslivinlarge.com/

Mask of choice I used a mask called dots and floral which you can get here http://www.essexgirl.uk.com/sg_masksp31.htm . Please be sure to read her TOU. Download the mask to your own hard drive and save in your psp masks folder. If you are unsure how to do this you download the mask and save it and then open it in psp and minimize till we need it.

Eye Candy 4000-optional

This tutorial is written specifically for this kit, although you can always use a similar one if you dont have it but the steps involved will be directed towards the elements in this kit.

New image-600x600

Flood fill with white.

Open a paper of choice from the kit. I used paper 4.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

If needed resize by about 85% by going to image-resize. Make sure all layers is unchecked.

Now we are going to add the mask you chose. If you put the mask in your psp masks folder then you need to go to Layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk. Click the drop down
box and find the mask you have chosen to use, if you are using the same one as me, it is ths sg_dots-and-floral. The settings are source luminance-fit to canvas invert transparency checked=
hide all mask. click load.
If you chose to save the mask and minimize it in your psp, you can now restore it. Go to layers-new mask layer-from image-click the drop down box and find sg-dots-and-floral. Source luminance and invert mask data checked.
Right click on the layer that says mask and go merge group.

Open the scarecrow fall words. Copy and paste as a new layer on your canvas. position in the bottom left box. Resize by about 70%. See my tag for reference. Give it a drop shadow of choice by going effects-3d effects drop shadow. I used 0,0,100,5 and black.

Open the Scarecrow 5 and paste as a new layer on your canvas. Resize by about 75%. Go to image and mirror. Place on the right side in the top box. See my tag for reference. Give it the same dropshadow.

Open the pumpkins 2. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by about 70%. Position next to the scarecrow we just added. Give the same drop shadow.

Open the sunflower 8. Paste as a new layer onto the canvas. Resize by about 85%. Paste in the top left side of the canvas. Now open the sunflower 7. Copy and paste as a new layer and resize by 75%.
Center it directly on top of the other sunflower. See my tag for reference.

Open the wrap 2. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by about 45-50%. Position this on the bottom of the box in the top right where our scarecrow and pumpkins are. Move this layer below our fall scarecrow layer. See my tag for how it should look.

Now is the time to resize your tag if you wish. Make sure all layers is checked this time.

Add your copyright info. Add your name. I gave my name a gradient glow using eyecandy 4000. This is up to you. You can always use a drop shadow or leave it as is.

Thats it, you are done.

©Angel Flower September 2008

Whispers from the Sea

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Sc97fZgzIVo/SMljkUE21vI/AAAAAAAAAHs/ESxymlfWjDg/s320/Whispers+from+the+sea.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5244832716565174002" />

This Tutorial was written by me, Angel Flower, from my own ideas. Any similarities to others is coincedence. All my tutorialsare registered with TWI.

For this tutorial you will need one or two tubes of choice. I am using the work of Maxinne Gadd. You must purchase a license from MPT,
http://www.mypsptubes.com to use her work.

Scrapkit. I am using a kit called Muted Whispers by ShhhScrapz, which you can purchase here http://fall3nangel.com/store/, also visit her blog here http://www.shhhscrapzshack.blogspot.com/

New image-600x600-transparent.

Flood fill with white.

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.

Any time we paste something and it looks too big to you, resize it by either going image-resize-I always use about 80% and then if its still too big then repeat the process-make sure all layers is unchecked, or you can also resize by clicking the little arrow tool which will enable you to resize using the deformation box that appears around the image.

This will be our background paper.

Copy and paste a frame as a new layer. I used a double frame.

Grab your magic wand-set the mode to add, the match mode to rgb, tolerance-10-feather 0. These are the settings we will use any time we use the magic wand in this tutorial. Click in the center of both sides of the frame. Selections-modify-expand-depending on the type of frame you will need to choose anywhere between 4 and 10. I used 8 for the frame I chose. Now go selections-invert. Keep selected. Paste another paper of choice and if needed use the mover tool, you get this by clicking next to the arrow tool and choose move instead of pick, to postion the paper so it shows through the frame. You may need to repeat this process for the second half of the frame if the paper doesnt show through both sides. Once positioned properly, hit delete. Keep selected, once you have the paper done for both sides of the frame and the excess deleted, go selections invert, Now since we expanded our selection by 8, or whatever you used, we have to go selections-contract-by whatever amount you had expanded by. Keep selected. Go to selections-float. Go effects-3d effects-cutout- V+H 3-opacity 70-blur 10-color black-fill interior unchecked. Now repeat only changing the V+H to -3. Select none. Move this layer below your frame layer if it isn't already.

Make your frame layer active. Paste your tube as a new layer. Move below your frame layer but above the papers. Position so the face of the tube is showing through the frame.
Now make your frame layer active. Click in the center with the magic wand. Selections-expand-by whatever amount you used above. Selections- invert- Make your tube layer active-hit delete. Select none. Repeat these steps for the other half of the frame using either the same tube or a different tube if you wish. Give both your tube layers a drop shadow of choice. You do this by going effects-3d effects-drop shadow.

Now hide your two background layers-your background paper and your white filled layer- you do this by clicking the little eye next to the layer in the layer palette.
Now click on your frame layer so it is active. Right click and go layers-merge-visible. This should merge your frame, your tubes-and your papers for the frame into one layer. Unhide the layers we hid.

Position the merged layer where you like.

If the kit your are using has a pin in it, paste it as a new layer and position on the side of the frame and rotate it slightly using the deformation tool. Erase part of it so that it looks like it is pinned to the frame holding it in place. Once happy, duplicate it and go image mirror. Position on the other half or side of the frame. See my tag for reference. Give both pin layers a drop shadow of 0,0,65,5 and black.

Paste a flower of choice and place in between the two sides of the frame. Move the layer under the merged frame layer. Position the flower how you like so that it is sticking out from under the frame. Duplicate and position at top center of the two frames.
See my tag for reference. Give the flowers a drop shadow of choice.

Duplicate one of the flowers again and position slightly to the side of the bigger flower. I started with the one on the top center of the frame. Resize this one so that it is smaller than the bigger one. Duplicate this smaller flower and position the other side of the big flower so you should have the big flower in the top center and then a small flower on each side. Repeat these steps for the big flower on the bottom center of the frame. See my tag for reference of what it should look like when you are finished with the flowers.

Copy and paste a butterfly on each side of the frames by the flowers where you like.

Paste a bow at the top of the first frame and and on the bottom of the second frame.
See my tag for reference. Give them a drop shadow.

Hide your background layers again and merge visible. You should now have three layers. Your merged layer, your background paper, and your white layer. Unhide the two backgound layers.

Duplicate your merged layer and on the original go to effects- texture effects mosaic glass-100,100,50,0,2,50, symmetric checked.

Duplicate the mosaic layer. Go image flip, and then image mirror.

Merge the two mosaic layers together and then right click on the merged mosaic layer and lower the opacity to about 50%.

Now is the to resize your tag if you wish. Make sure all layers is checked this time.

Now add your copyright info. Add your name. Give it a drop shadow.

Save and you're done!

©angel flower september 2008

this is my second blog which will be for all of my tutorial from today on.
